Commodore Hotel ca. 1920

This is one of a series of photographs documenting Chef Leoni and his extensive staff and facilities at the recently completed Hotel Commodore. Staff exercise sessions such as that depicted here were not uncommon. Byron also photographed the Siegel-Cooper sales clerks exercising atop the roof of the famous department store.
